Hi, I’m Naveed. I use AI agents to run my actual workday.
Smarter With Agents is written and tested by me — Naveed Akhtar, Managing Director of Gravity Plus, a UK-registered marketing agency.
I don’t write about AI agents from the sidelines. Muse and the other agents covered here are open on my screen all day: planning and checking ad campaigns, building and updating websites, preparing client demos, drafting follow-ups, and chewing through the admin that used to eat my evenings. When a guide on this site says “this prompt works,” it means it worked on a real task, for a real client or my own business — usually that week.
Why this site exists
When Muse launched in September 2026, I went looking for honest, plain-English help: what the paid plans actually add, what it can see if you connect your email, why it kept failing a task I knew it could do. What I found was thin — a handful of short guides, a lot of recycled launch coverage, and plenty of writers who clearly hadn’t used the product for more than an afternoon.
So I started writing the guides I wished I’d found. That’s still the rule here:
- Tested, not summarized. Every guide starts as a task performed on a real account, with dated screenshots.
- Plain English. If a sentence needs a glossary, we rewrite the sentence.
- Honest about limits. Agents get things wrong, plans aren’t always worth paying for, and some tasks still belong to a human. We say so, with examples.
- Kept current. AI products change every month, so our guides are re-tested on a schedule and stamped with the date we last checked them. See exactly how on the How We Test page.
Who this site is for
People in the US and Canada who have an AI agent — or are thinking about getting one — and want it to do useful work: small business owners, marketers, freelancers, realtors, restaurant owners, creators, students, and busy professionals. If that’s you, start with the Muse guides or the Getting Started guides.
The business bit, out in the open
Smarter With Agents is published by Gravity Plus. The site is free to read; it’s supported by advertising and, on some tools we genuinely test and recommend, affiliate commissions — always disclosed, and never a reason to fake a result. Read the Affiliate Disclosure for the details.
